Rates

Our rates vary over the year and these are our current weekend rates and daily rates as an example of our charges. They typically cover arrival at 2:30 pm on a Friday and departure at 9:30 am on a Sunday although that is negotiable if there are no adjacent bookings. Our rates are based on a full house of 8 people.
 

Peak

18th December 2010 to 27 January 2011 & 8th April 2010 to 25th April 2010
$2500 per week or $350 per night
 

Shoulder

25th September 2010 to 17th December 2010-03-09 & 28th January 2011 to 7th April 2011
$1960 per week or $280 per night.
 

Off Peak

19th April 2010 to 24th September 2010.
$1750 per week or $250 per night.


There is also a $55 processing fee per booking, and an additional $80 cleaning fee.

Bookings at weekends where there is a public holiday must be for the full holiday, that is a weekend plus the extra day eg Queen's Birthday holiday in June. Please contact us for long weekend prices.
