No. 9 Tilbury Cove has breathtaking cliff top views north along Culburra Beach to Crookhaven Heads. Black Head at Gerroa appears in the distance. Dolphins can often be seen swimming off the rock platform below the deck at the front of the house. At the right time of the year you'll also notice migrating whales heading north across the bay.
Beautiful Beaches and Lakes
Just a one minute walk down private steps takes you to Tilbury Cove and the patrolled Culburra Beach. Or, stroll for about three minutes across Penguins Head Road to Warrain Beach, a popular surfing beach, also patrolled.
For nature lovers, a walk around Lake Wollumboola, just behind Warrain Beach, is a must. Depending on the water levels you can wander along the shoreline of the lake and watch the fascinating bird life including black swans, grey herons and terns which nest on the beach.
