Bookings

Arrival time is 2.00 pm and departure time is 11.00 am. However, if you would like a later check out time, please call us and ask. We may be able to meet your needs if no adjacent bookings exist.

Terms and Conditions

• Normally a 50 per cent deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance plus the cleaning fee is payable to our agents in Culburra when you collect the keys.

• If you cancel your booking after the deposit is paid we then make that time available to others. If we secure a booking for the total length of time of your cancelled booking, we will refund your deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the time is partially let, a pro rata refund and the cancellation fee will apply. If we are unable to secure a booking to cover your cancellation, we will credit your deposit against a subsequent booking within the next 12 months, with a $50.00 cancellation fee. After 12 months the deposit is not refundable.

• The owners of No. 9 Tilbury Cove will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We maintain a high standard of accommodation at No. 9 Tilbury Cove and welcome polite notification of any shortcomings. We understand that most tenants will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

• The number of guests should not exceed the number agreed in writing or by email. The owners and their agents reserve the right to refuse access to the property in the event that more than the agreed number of people attempt to occupy the property.

• Parties and functions are prohibited. The rates charged are for domestic use only. Commercial use is not permitted. Rates do not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in relation to cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs and so on. Any use of the property contrary to this may result in additional charges being levied.

• Damage and breakages, beyond fair wear and tear, as well as theft and loss of personal property, are the guests' responsibility during their stay.

• Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of the rental. A copy of the Strata By Laws is kept in the house.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed inside in the house.

• Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement with the owners and in writing.
